Services
A private car, SUV or van from Madinah to AlUla, starting at your hotel door or at Madinah airport.
What we offer
Madinah to AlUla Transportation
Madinah is the closest major city to AlUla, which makes it a natural starting point for a visit. Many travellers spend a few days in Madinah for ziyarah and then continue north to explore AlUla's heritage sites and desert landscapes. A private transfer links the two cities in one comfortable drive.
We pick you up at your hotel in the central area around the Prophet's Mosque, at a private address, or at Prince Mohammad bin Abdulaziz International Airport if you are flying in. The same vehicle takes you all the way to where you are staying in AlUla.
Landing in Madinah and heading straight north? A Talin driver holding a sign with your name is waiting when you walk out of the terminal. Your flight is tracked for early or late landings, and half an hour of waiting is included at no cost before you set off.
We can plan every leg, so your transport is covered from arrival to departure.
Expect roughly 3 to 4 hours on the road between Madinah and AlUla. The exact time depends on traffic, breaks and the location of your resort. Because AlUla's resorts are spread out, the last stretch varies from one property to another.
Going and coming back on the same day is possible but tiring, so most visitors stay at least one night in AlUla.
Families and friends can travel together comfortably in an SUV or a V-Class or Sprinter van, with their bags in the same vehicle. Tour parties and bigger groups can book a coach.
